Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include the cost of packaging. The transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

TIMES AND 'DELIVERY

Group Catapano subject to availability at our stores (see above), it reserves two working days for the procurement of goods, package, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
These days you have to add the time taken by courier for delivery, timing and modes vary depending on the carrier that will be used.
Should delivery be unsuccessful, goods will be sent back to Catapano Group and the cost of the return of non-delivery will be deducted from the refund of the sums paid.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

When the courier will deliver the customer and / or consumer must make sure that the package is not damaged or wet and conforms to the standard features of a parcel.
Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
The consumer and / or customer from the moment you receive the goods damaged or requests to return to the carrier has direct and exclusive action against the carrier itself. The latter is also responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods to the consignee.
Group Catapano in such cases must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage to the goods from the time in which the same are handed over to the carrier for transportation.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE DUE TO TRANSPORT

If the unloading of the goods is obvious damage to the packaging must:
